Although health and fitness has always been my passion, I spent many years working in a Wellington office as a research and evaluation analyst. While taking time off to have babies I completed post-graduate studies in psychology, exercise, menopause, plant-based nutrition, and epigenetics. I did this with the goal to work with people to create meaningful change in their lives. I'm a happy mum of three, based in Havelock North, Hawke's Bay. I love working with clients online and in the gym, enjoying great food and training for the next marathon or ultra I can get to!
I believe in having fun and that change happens when you feel good. I use evidence-based approaches to help you make changes that are sustainable long-term.
