This is for women ready to be challenged more in their training and wanting to play with heavier weights. If you have mastered movement patterns and are confident in your form let's keep you progressing!
The Deal: You have to get in quick for this one, as it's limited to just four spots per group. We are on the gym floor looking hardcore in all our powerful glory. The focus is on simple but effective lifts, going for heavier weights and a lower rep range than the larger group programme.
The Cost: $440 for the eight weeks, including one group session each Monday and programming through the app so you can repeat the workout 1-2 times during the week. This programme also works as a great add-on to the larger group programme if you would prefer three structured training sessions a week (discount applies)!
