This is solid, science-based strength training designed especially for women. The focus is on what's actually important - building muscle, bone, and improving functional mobility. Alongside the training there is education and guidance from a trainer who understands how to work with your hormones, not against them, and that a change in approach is needed as we move into our forties and beyond.

Our goal is that at the end of the programme you will feel empowered to walk into any gym with confidence and know what to do!
Is it suitable for beginners?
Strength is for everyone and all ability levels are welcome.
If you have specific concerns about your ability to participate please contact Janine to discuss further. A series of private personal training sessions may be appropriate to build confidence and ensure your readiness to get started.
