This is my signature group programme with a proven track record and it is now recruiting for its 9th round!
Thanks to the rapid growth of this wonderful community there will be four new classes added to the next round beginning in May, meeting the high demand for early morning training, and for the first time a 5pm option too, hooray! That's 12 session times a week to choose from.
This programme is for women who want to learn how to strength train safely and effectively, surrounded by a supportive group of like-minded women. The focus is on building muscle, bone, and improving functional mobility.
We also discuss the best way to train alongside the hormonal changes of perimenopause and why a shift in approach is needed as we enter this stage. Participants will be given guidance on technique and the attention that comes from being in a small group. Optional home workouts are also provided.
My goal is that at the end of the programme you will feel empowered to walk into a gym with confidence and know what to do! All ability levels are welcome.
