This group programme is designed for the many women who would love to do the 8-week group programme but are unable to make it during the weekdays. If this is you, I hear you!
I've developed another option to train with me on a Saturday, just once a month, for the whole year. The monthly session isn't all you will do! But it will provide a touchpoint with your training and give you the opportunity to connect with a small group of supportive and motivated women to keep you on track.
Between monthly sessions there will be online programming through the Janine Couchman Fitness App, which you can do in your own time, either at the gym or home. This will be personalised to make the best use of whatever equipment and available time you have.
The 2024 group has sold out, but watch this space if you think 2025 might be your year to jump into this!
