High Intensity Interval Training is great for women wanting to boost their fitness and body composition. Forty-five minutes of it is usually... not. This express class will give you the HIT of intense cardio you need without breaking you.
The Deal: You are in and out in 20 mins. A quick warm up, than you get your glow on as we push the intensity up doing a variety of bodyweight, plyometric, and dynamic movement, interval style. Quick cool down. Done.
The Cost: $240 for eight weeks (two sessions a week). A great add on to the strength programmes (discount applies)!
